Working with the next generation

School Together Equal Programme

We work with 10-13 year olds to help them navigate gender, social and familial stereotypes. Our 10-week programme explores self confidence, empathy, mental health, social media, conflict, team building and relationships, helping students to feel connected to their families and community. It’s aligned with the KS2/KS3 PSHE and Citizenship curriculum.

Corporate Volunteering

As we work towards equality for all it is increasingly clear there is work to be done to build a more diverse talent pipeline for the future. We have developed the Business School Together Equal Programme (B-Step) to enable businesses to build relationships with the local community, nurture talent inclusively and create social impact.

Changing the world a conversation at a time

We are a social enterprise. This means that social impact is at the heart of everything we do. Importantly, our financial model is completely self funding. Profits from every lunch ‘n’ learn or team session we run, and every pack of conversation cards we sell, fund our school programme. Find out more about our cards here.

Conversation Cards

We have three packs of Conversation Cards to choose from. Each are designed to get carers, families and kids talking around a combination of fun and meaningful topics.

  • For Kids - the original set aimed at kids age 7+

  • The Next Generation - focusing a little more on social equality, aimed at kids age 10+

  • Talking About Race - for kids and adults

Available here.
