Sarah Aird-Mash
Founder & CEO
Together Equal is the brain child of Sarah who has a passion and history of working towards establishing equality for everyone. Supporting Eaves for Women for 10 years it became clear there was a huge need to create a sustainable income stream for small independent charities. Together Equal started with a set of conversation cards Sarah created as a vehicle to raise money for these charities and now we’re running school and community programmes engaging and connecting people on the broadest possible level.
Andrew Milne
Andrew is a dedicated advocate for company culture, engagement and employee well-being. He excels at crafting inclusive workplaces where individuality shines, accomplishments are celebrated, and wellness is a top priority.
Andrew's expertise spans various aspects of Diversity and Inclusion, you can catch him co-hosting our podcast on Diversity and Inclusion.
Notably Andrew was nominated for Ally of the Year 2023 by the Black Tech Achievement Awards!
Sarah Beddingfield
Workshop leader
Sarah has 12 years experience in primary and secondary education as an after school care manager in a local primary school. Sarah is a DJ and brings her contagious energy to great use as our primary and secondary school workshop leader.

Georg is an international leader with passion for growing culture led, consumer facing, sustainable business. Early career with P&G and Cadbury Schweppes. Now nurturing love for Nando's PERi-PERi, to change lives!
Katy Howell
Board Advisor
CEO: Breaking the Social Boring at immediate future - Social media consultancy. Katy’s drive and expertise lies in helping brands deliver significant impact by breaking the social boring: using social data to springboard creative that delivers growth to business.
Sarah Woodhead
Chief Designer
Sarah is a Senior Designer at Relish Creative with over 12 years of web and graphic design experience, and a passion for all things visual. She used to be a professional photographer in a previous life and is happy to now be an enthusiast. Sarah is the designer for all of Together Equal’s endeavours.
